ok, thanks for the update. even at these prices, it is very tempting to get to try and test out. need to see if it will do anything faster with some more dimm voltage and juice :) Hehe

What do you say Celstar..... can you bump up the settings (or down :))just a bit for us? Since you are the only one so far that has this..... we would greatly appreciate if you could tell us what it will do.

I tried some of this stuff(3 sticks)..... and returned it. Wouldn't work in either a MSI Ultra 3 ot Epox 8K3a+..... corrupted 2 drives. Will not work in pairs, even at 133 fsb and all memory settings at their lowest. Got some Kingston Value PC2700 in exchange, and works flawlessly.

Do yourself a favor.... STAY AWAY!

The spot market is starting to creep up a few percent, I fully anticpate a "shortage" that will send prices back to twice of what they are now in the very near future. The mwave price is very good, I expect it to go up $5 though, as other DDR333 parts have risen that much in the last two days.

This looks like generic ram to me (I could be wrong), and if it is this price is too high.. You can get generic pc2700 for $53 shipped through pricewatch....

Okay since you asked for it

I have it O/Cd to 175 fsb set to Sync but that's as far as I'm willing to take it... I have memory timings set at 5/2/2/2 with the dimm voltage set to 2.77. I probably won't o/c the fsb anymore since its my gf's computer. It seems stable enough but I haven't run any tests yet.

EDIT: It doesn't seem quite stable at 175 mhz (lockups) so I lowered it back to 166, and all is well.
