512mb of SD or Compact Flash?

Looking to expand on my Dell Axim's memory, and was wondering if there would be any differences between upgrading with an SD card of CF card?

other then the size of the card not much, the CF might be a lil faster if you get one of the super fast ones, CF is also cheaper

Get the SD card, assuming you don't already have some SD or CF flash cards and that you don't have periperhals. You can save your CF slot for peripherals, while the SD card will only be good for memory (it's not SDIO compliant).
