This is a pretty reasonable price for 512 meg of ddr sodimm. However you can 15% off at crucial right now along with other coupons. So u might want to check that out first

Woww... just went to Crucial. Theirs are way more expensive than this one. I think this is the lowest price that I've ever seen on the 512MB module. The only question is like my above post. How good is this? What kind of chipset does it use?

I guess I'm gonna call them and let you guys know after this. they open at 9PM Pacific time

PNY uses chips from many different makers. For DDR, I've seen them use Samsung, Elixir, Spectek, Infineon, and I'm sure there are more.
