512Mb DIMM for Inspiron 8600... 32x8 or 64x64?

Just got a Dell Inspiron 8600 and was wondering which memory I should buy for it? I'm looking at upgrading it to 768Mb by adding an additional 512Mb DIMM, but wasn't sure which chip I should get? I've seen both 32x8 and 64x64 chips for sale and know one is high density and one isn't... from what I remember (I've been out of the memory market for a while) high density chips have a lower compatibility rate than standard chips, right?

Which should I get assuming they are the same price?
