Great deal but my luck so far are that Patriot rebates suck. You have to call them more than once to get them to pay.

True. It won't come unless you call/email them. I emailed them after about 3 months, and i got a check 4 days later. I think i was lucky though, i think others had to contact them multiple times. However, good deal if you can get the rebate.

IMO this seems to be a common problem with companies that try to administer their rebate program internally rather than through a third party.

I emailed them when I didn't get my rebate after about 4 months. Then I got my rebate about 4-5 days later. Wierd timing? Yeah right..........
