I wouldn't say 5'10 185 is fat for a guy, but it would be a little heavy IMO unless he's got a large frame. Sounds like at least a 36"-38" waist, which IMO is heavy.

<- 6'2" 175 lbs.

I was in a physics class my junior year and we had to weigh ourselves for some calculation (don't remember the details), so everyone weighted themselves and the teacher asked a few of us our weight (the people who she thought were the lightest in the room) and it turned out I weighed less than both all the guys and all the girls (for a room of about 30). I remember I weighted in at 47kg (103lbs) that day and was probably 5'9 or 5'10.

I was quite proud.

Edit - man my grammer is sucking it up, I've been up since yesterday morning, I need to go to bed.

I've seen a pic of him once or twice. He looks like that 50 year-old badass biker that you might see in a bar and definitely wouldn't want to accidentally spill your drink on.

Actually, I work out 3+ times a week and am quite lean and muscular. I just have relatively thin bone structure and a pretty low body fat percentage (~12%).

Exactly why I generally consider those BMIs and other generic indicies bunk.

I don't work out, nor have many muscles, but I do have thin bones which is why I can manage to be so skinny, yet still look so good.

Yeah, well, I have to admit that my build is a bit petite compared to Red's. But then again, he's built like Hulk Hogan damn near! :)

I'm 20 lbs lighter these days. Actually I got up to 228 which was way to heavy for my liking so I'm down almost 40 lbs from last April.
