I have a Ditto 2GB tape drive installed on a P-400 Windows98 machine. Recently I have not been able to backup my machine because I keep getting a "5020" error message reported by Ditto Tools 98. Here's the kicker - I had (14) tapes in my tape pool and pretty much everyone of them report either this error or one similar. I am working with Iomega on this, but curious if anyone else has had an experience like this?
What did you do to solve your problem - replace the Ditto with a "real" tape backup system???
