Would I be able to get away with this? I have a 500w Antec NeoHE. I also plan on OCing it.

Shouldn't be a problem. I have the 550 watt version, but I also have a much more power hungry processor. I'm able to run my Phenom @ 2.8GHz and my 4870 @ 820/4600 on this power supply. The NeoPower are very stout, I remember seeing a review where the reviewer pushed the 550 to over 700 watts before it failed. I'm sure you'll be ok with what you have.

*edit - This isn't the review I was looking for, but here is another that shows that these power supplies are pretty well built.

My system pulls 360W from the wall. Q6600 @ 3.2GHz, 4870, 3 hard drives, water pump, DVD burner, 2GB DDR2 memory. You should be fine.
