500W Power supply enough for this system?

Or should I go for a 600W powersource. I've read the AMD dual cores require more power.

You can pass off an Antec Smartpower 500w...

But you can't compare Ultra to Enermax since they're in their own leagues.

Yeah.... you might be using an X2 CPU there, but the video card is really the ultimate determining factor.

Not sure I would be suggesting an Antec Smartpower, but you don't need a lot of juice with that X800.

If you're considering that X-Finity 500W because of that big rebate deal they have going on, that'll be more than enough power.

I decided to bump up the Video cart to a HIS x1800GTO - The setup now looks like this. Is the 500W enermax Liberty still enough wattage?

The enermax liberty 500w was always able to support that.

QFT

Call us when you do Crossfire. 😉

Seriously, if you do a quality 500W and up (not an ATNG or Deer, etc) you're going to be fine no matter what.
