500W or 600W?

Here's is the upgrade that I am planning to do:

CPU: E7200
Mobo: ASUS P5QL Pro
RAM: G.Skill DDR2-800 4GB (2x2GB)
Video: MSI R4850

I was looking at some OCZ PSUs (This and This)

For the build above, would a good 500W be sufficient? Would I be just wasting my money buying a 600W because I would only be using 1/2 of it? I'm trying to build on a budget (~400-500 USD) so if I can save some money on PSU it would be nice.

I won't be doing any heavy OCing, just upping the FSB a little bit.

Also I'm not planning to upgrade to SLI or XFire in the future.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

as far as I know the only difference between the two is the GameXstream has a blue fan. Maybe a rectifier or two are different, but otherwise pretty much exactly the same. There are better PSUs out there for the price though...IMO

What are some other good PSUs? I haven't been keeping up with the latest stuff so I'm out of the loop.

Instead of buying a 600W would a 500W be sufficient for the build in the OP?
