Motherboard- B450 or X470 (which brand/model best) maybe apply OC
GPU- RX 570 or 1050 Tİ (which brand/model best) or alternative
Memory- 1*8GB (which brand/model best)
STORAGE- SSD (which brand/model best-how much GB min-best form)
Case- İnclude PSU(min 600watt) or exclude (which brand/model best)
Cooler- IF required which brand/model best
Monitor- 144mhz very expensive - choose for me 75 Mhz or other

I am not interested in extreme fps only giving fluent gaming performance, I play generally CS:GO, PUBG and AAA games trying,

If your budget is strictly 500 Euro including a monitor, you could buy a 2400G use the onboard graphics then add a discrete card when more funds are available.
