Not sure why you have "rampage" in quotes. That's what it was. When a toddler rampages through your house with his push-popper thing and knocks plants and lamps and picture frames over, it's a rampage. Did you think people called it that as an exaggeration? Well, it isn't.

For 50 people running through a store intent on causing damage, it's certainly underwhelming. I'm just rephrasing the OP title.

I'm not going to watch it again right now but there's clearly an empty scooter left behind on the inward-facing camera that I don't recall seeing there when they first started running by there.

You may not recall but it was there the whole time. One of the kids in a white shirt jumps on and tools around for a while, then he hops off and bolts out with the rest of them.

The protected class is the one that commits the most crime, but doesn't get talked about. Or, is given a significantly less sinister image when it does commit a crime.

This isn’t the first time a store was targeted for a black mob assault. It’s a criminal phenomenon that’s becoming increasingly common.
To name but a few instances, last year a Memphis Kroger grocery store was beset upon by a mob of blacks who caroused through the store stealing and damaging things. And in that case, blacks brutally beat a store employee.
In February, a Florida shopping mall was swarmed by hundreds of rampaging blacks. Despite that hundreds participated in the attack, only one suspect was arrested.
For several years, mobs of black teens have targeted and swarmed convenience stores, small clothing stores and gas stations, while destroying, stealing from, and attacking employees and patrons.

I destroyed $800,000 worth of stuff in one day, but I was requested to.

Was funny that day coming home and telling the wife I scrapped out that much, she almost had a fit at first.

The Slimey Limey I worked with was asking to see if they had more so I could hit $1 million that day, I was actually enjoying it at the time and was older equipment that had to be destroyed for security reasons.

I came close.

I destroyed the hell out em, milled the tops off and then put em in a high pressure hydraulic press, wasn't much left 😛

When I was young and up to mischief I did things that I didn't think would get me into a lot of trouble. Walmart rarely prosecutes, so little risk.

Note to parents, if you allow your minor children to be out unsupervised past midnight, its your bad parenting that is the heart of the problem.
