50 stack CD-Rs (8x) - $10 no rebates

This deal was going on at CompUSA today. No rebates, in-store price of $9.99. Not as good as free, but waiting for a rebate can be like waiting for the sun to burn out.

I got a $9.99 spindle (limit 1 per customer) while looking for the $20 kodak w/$20 rebate (managed to snag the last one in tacoma, hehe)

There is no limit on the $9.99 spindle, at least not at my CompUSA in Houston. I picked up 6 of them.

yes, there are the same ones with no spindle that CompUSA has been selling for awhile now. I burn them at 12x on my Plextor and no problems.


I did notice that the tops peel a little to easily, you just have to take care of them.
