50 pack 12X 700MB Kingston Hypermedia $9.50 at Fry's

I saw this today around 6:00pm in our local Fry's Electronic, San Diego. I bought 2 packs.

Yes, these are the same as Outposts's 12x 80 min...i was over at Fry's in Sunnyvale and they only had one pack left...awesome deal!

Doesn't this price lowering trend remind you of the 3 1/2" floppy disk? They were more than a buck each when the 5 1/4" was standard. Now it's the CD over the floppy and soon DVD over Cd.

dtran: i tried over Thanksgiving, but the Frys i went to (Palo Alto) didn't have any...i was at a different one a couple of days ago, and stumbled upon these by pure luck...

dtrans42, a lot of us did go to the nearest fry's. they were out of it, 30 minutes after opening.
