I got confirmation e-mail for signing up and confirmation of the order, all within a few minutes of completing the processes. After reading some literature at the Equalfooting site, plus some other comments from people who talked with people at Equalfooting, I actually think this deal might come through without problems. If they are going to reimburse shipping cost, I suspect these cost will be low. This particular PC133 SDRAM is shipped from Torrance California.

I purchase a p3/800 for 249 and they have said both over email and on the phone that they will honor the code that i typed in 23023ia
actual email:

"Thank you for writing to Customer Service. We will honor the rebate of $50 rebate off your first purchase of $50 or more. You can expect the rebate check within 4-6 weeks after you have received the order."
and so on so they will be in trouble if they don't come through:))

oh yeah the shipping is free for now:))))
I think this should be a very hottt deal (ouch i burned myself :(

i would just like to know when ne one ACTUALLY GETS there rebate, cuz this happened to me once before, everybody confirmations in the email about getting this whole system with a p3 in it for $300, then the company went outta business and everybody lost their money, except for me cuz i disputed the charge, got my $300 back, and still was sent the tower with everything (cd rom, zip, hd, etc) for free! So hope everyone keeps updated on if they get the rebate in the mail, then i will definitely jump on this deal

Their prices are really high, and with the $50 rebate it makes it better. Compare it to other places and it's effectively just a $25 improvement. Rebates, in general, have sucked for me. It's just too much hassle and the benefits are just not worth my time. Just ranting, sorry :p

They pricematch as well for those ppl who didn't know.. they pricematch and add 10% the difference.. the only thing is that like the rebates they will mail it to you.. just bought a p3 800 for 150 after pricematch and rebate

I received the 128MB PC133 CL2 SDRAM DIMM and it seems to be working well with the rest of my PC100 CL2 memory (my mobo doesn't do 133, so I can't test it that high). The chips were Infineon. The total cost to my credit card was $112.49, so shipping was apparently $112.49-$102.99=$9.50 for Airborne Express, which I'll call EqualFooting up about tomorrow to ask for reimbursement.

In case anyone is curious, here is what Motherboard Monitor 5 says about the SDRAM module:

I ordered MS IntelliMouse Explorer from them with thier 110% P/M to Buy.com. It was from Staples, so I get free shipping, but need to pay tax.

I got a call from one of their CSR saying I will receive my $50.00 rebate and a check for P/M in two weeks. The final cost for the mouse is less then $10.00

Now just need to wait for the checks to arrive.

Equalfooting screwed me. Three weeks ago I ordered the retail Maxtor 40 gig 7200 for 109(after 50 equalfooting rebate), to be supplied by Staples. Today i received shipment, from Blue Nova Computing. It was OEM, and I was charged about 250...but they said I'd receive rebates for the rest. What im pissed about is this is 40 gig, ata66. the new retail boxes are 45 gig, ata100. they said it was the EXACT same drive. they lied.
