Probably not, because as soon as he takes that thing out on a sunny day, everyone within 200 yards is going to be freaking blind!

Reminds me of a story I read in Car & Driver sometime way back in about 77 or 78.

There was a NASCAR guy who was a bit of a rebel, so one day he paints his car black with chrome numbers. NASCAR officials complained that on sunny days during racing the numbers proved to be difficult to read and ordered him not to have chrome numbers on his car.

Next race he shows up with his entire car chrome plated, and the numbers painted black.

Cant remember what happened from that point.

There have been a few regular production cars over the years that engineers had made, just for a hoot, out of stainless steel polished to a mirror. Those were pretty neat too. I saw one at Tom Monahan's Domino's Farms car museum.
