While I'm getting my car fixed (which may take months and a new engine) I want to get a scooter to get myself to and from school. I am not looking for anything that I need to get a motorcycle license for, just a simple 50CC.
First of all, I am going to college in Phoenix/Tempe Arizona and I have a drivers license from back home in Idaho. - Would I need to get a license for AZ?
From what I understand, the scooter would need a license plate, and a title. To get a license plate from AZ. I'm guessing I have to get an AZ license as well, but if someone could clear this up for me I would greatly appreciate it! (It's been a long time since I've been to any DMV.
How about insurance? I'm guessing you don't need it for such a small scooter but I want to make sure if I need it, that I get it.
