~$50 card for hdmi out..

I can't believe how many cheap cards are available now. They almost all look acceptable. Any ones stand out as the best?
Main use will be basic 2D stuff and watching movies on HDTV via HDMI out. Light gaming, nothing to new. Maybe spore when released...

How about looking around to see whats in your price range. List them here then ask which one would be best for your needs.
