hmmm..... crack and marijuana in schools by 4 and 5 year olds. crazy stuff.

edit: i saw the other thread about the 4 year old and then i saw this on cnn and it references to the 4 year old.

Just so you know, sprinkling weed on Lasagna wouldn't have done jack squat to anyone. Weed has to be heated for the THC to be released. That kid could have eaten that whole bag and had nothing more than a stomach ache.
