I ordered these pliars before for $9.95 last month and they are very cheap. If there is one thing I can't stand is a pair of pliars breaking when I'm trying to grip something. It can be very dangerous. For light duty work these might be OK though, but don't expect Snap-On or Craftsman quality for $4.95.

I would beware. Their list prices are absurd and totally innacurate. I checked out a very low end hitachi cordless drill they are selling. They list the price as being $227.00. No one sells it for anything even close to that price. In fact their $69 "sale price" isn't very good for this item.

That having been said. If you need a cheap set of pliers- they look like a $5 set of pliers (which you could no doubt pick up for the same price at a local store).

It just goes to show that things too good to be true usually are.

Can you say "Made in Chinese Prison Camp Sweatshops by Underage Slave Labor from Melted Down Recycled Scrap 1973 Pintos with Less Than Substandard Quality Control"?

Think I'll order 3 of 'em.

Are any of you people who bought the "$119" drill press for $39 from them a few weeks ago out there? If so did you get it? How good is it?
