Maybe they used those usb drives to format people's computers.. :sneaky:
Don't believe everything you read or hear from the CIA or US Govt. A good part of the news tidbits they release to the public is done for psychological purposes to cause panic and concern amongst Al-Qaeda ranks. i.e. 1 hard drive becomes 10 drives. A box of documents becomes a treasure trove. This kind of truth stretching is quite common, and it's done intentionally.
It's potentially true. I know that Al-Qaeda employ similar tactics (exaggerating enemy casualties/vehicles destroyed in order to earn more respect and money). It's not hard to imagine the government doing the same.
I have no doubt that everything the government releases is not 100% true. The media is a great tool to use to their advantage. Why not exploit it when possible?
Its not like that type of information is pertinent to any regular American. If there were 10 hard drives or 100 hard drives it doesn't matter to me.

I wonder if the CIA analysis will find any porn on them. What if the courier was doing something extra. What's your take on this?:sneaky:
wtf is up with that?! It seems that the fact that they obtained such items should at least be classified. IF it DOES contain information about where other terrorists are located, it's pretty retarded to announce that we have such a pile of evidence. Any nervous terrorist is going to be long gone before we ever have a chance to interpret what info is available.
