It doesnt say "with out you" as far as I know, but its a ballad, sung by a chick, and youd actually be likely to hear it in a music store.

If it sounds like a recent song, go to the billboard charts (www.billboard.com) and download everything that may seem like it could be it. Or, just call the radio station that played it and they can tell you what it is.
