It's a crap shoot with them. No problems with my last 3 orders, but had major problems with their customer service on a previous order. Ever since they contracted out their customer service to one of those call centers in India it has become nonexistent. Their customer service number is 877-780-2464, but good luck. You wil not find it on their site, and emailing them is a waste of time.

You pretty much hit the nail on the head. I had a problem where they wouldn't honor a rebate. Buy.com's rebate center referred me to Buy.com's customer service line, and when I called, they kept repeating that the rebate never existed despite the fact I told them I had copies of everything in my hands. I had to go through my state's Attorney General which finally resolved the problem. I had written a letter to their corporate office and never received any sort of response. I'll never buy from them again. They don't appear to care about keeping their customers happy.

I bought the second season of 24 off buy.com and they sent me a refurbished copy of it. :| Nowhere on their site did they say it was used. I RMA'd it..so hopefully I'll get one that wasn't opened before in exchange. If it happens again they'll be hearing from me.
