I've got a presentation to give to the class tomorrow, a quick 5 minute run-down of a company by the numbers....
what are the most important figures i should lay down...
i've already got net sales, and stock prices, but what else can i include to show the financial position of the company? i've got the annual reports for the past 20 years at my disposal...

For what class is the presentation? The important #s would vary depending on whether the topic was finance, marketing, human resources, IT, business law, etc.......

check out the earnings reports released by companies last couple of weeks - apple, verizon, etc. you'll get some buzz words from those news articles. such as operating revenue, gross profit, net income, earnings per share, etc.
