5 long beeps

I have the GA h110M - 1 mATX and all it does is it gives 5 long beeps. After reading online, I think it could either be the RAM or CPU. after taking out and putting back in the ram, it did the same thing. I don't think it's the cpu because there are no bent pins. and it's not the motherboard because I bought it just yesterday. Help me!! what do i dooooooo
