I've been to every toy's R us in my area recently searching for video game deals. It's no wonder that they're going out of business. Their inventory management system sucks. They have games in the back room that are never brought out to the front. They have $50 price for ancient nintendo 64 games. Worst of all, some stores have a lot of some games while other stores have none.

Compare that to walmart. Every one of their stores have most of their games that they carry in stock. No ancient games sit around for years because they've invented this thing called a "clearance sale".
