so what do you eat at fast food resteraunts on a budget?

mcdonalds: 2 double cheeseburgers, small fry, small drink.

etc.


i'm interested to know if others have good meal combo's they like.
 
Wendy's: 2 5 piece nuggets, small chili, fries, drink or frosty.
Burger King: Whopper meal is without cheese I think is less than $5 Or double cheeseburger value meal.
McDonalds: 2 double cheeseburgers or McChicken or a combination, fries, drink.
 
when im short on cash...

our local mcdonalds has a special: 2 big macs for $3 after 6pm.
or i get 6 tacos at jack in the box for $3

(incase noone noticed, i'm trying to gather alternatives to the meal i outlined at the top. 😛 i have to eat fast food most of the days of the week, so...)
 
Wendy's: Two 5 piece nuggets, 1 crispy chicken sandwich, 1 small frosty, and a dollar on the side.

Taco Bell: Spicy Chicken Crunchwrap, Nacho Cheese Chicken Chalupa, Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes.
 
Local Chinese place.. $10 for restaurant quality food, they give you enough where it makes 2 meals easy.
 
3 item combo at Sam Woo BBQ - $4
Hamburger + Fries at In n Out - $2.89
1/2 order Carne Asada Fries at Albertos/Alertos - $4.98
4 Fish Tacos at Rubios - $4.28
Bun Thit Nuong Cha Gio - $4.75
1x potato, 1x nuggets, 1x 1/4 double stack, 1x chicken sandwich at Wendy's - $4.28
Chicken Bake at Costco - $2.89

I can go on and on..
 
At Wendy's I get a Caesar side salad and the 5 piece chicken nuggets. I just break up the nuggets and eat it with the salad. It's filling and really cheap.
 
Burger King- Spicy #6 (chicken sandwich), w/onion rings & zesty onion ring sauce.

.. damnit, now I'm hungry.
 
Taco bell, Beef and potato burrito x 2 + water, VERY filling $2.58 + tax

Mcdonals, Double cheeseburger + mcChicken with pickels + water $2 + tax

KFC - 2 Buffalo snackers + water, $2+tax, not as filling as either #1 or #2 but tasty

Buffalo Wild wings. 50 cent leg day. Order 12 legs for 3 meals, $2 + tax per meal of 4 legs

Usedto get 2 poboys, buy one get one free for ?? price, good deal and filling

3 medium pizzas for $15, makes 6 meals of half a pizza each, $2.50 each meal, frozen then cooked in a toaster oven aint bad.

Most of my meals are less than $5 and not so much that you will gorge and get fat

side salad with balsamic vinegarette
small fries

Wendy's:
Baked Potato
Small Chili
5 piece nugget
drink/frosty

Thats all really.

I call shens. What possible reason could you have for eating fast food most days during the week? Not only are you spending a ton of money unnecessarily, but you're probably going to end up with heart disease at some point in your life.
 
2 loafs of white bread: ~2 bucks (or less than 30c if you make your own)
1 24 sliced american cheese: ~4 bucks
2 lb sliced turkey meat: ~6 bucks
Mayo: ~ 2 bucks
Lettuce: ~1 buck
================
= ~24 turkey sandwiches: less than $15 total
 
Oh, what i used to do is buy turkey and lettuce/broccoli sprouts, and stock up on Jimmy John's day old bread for 50c each... mmmmm
 
For fast food I usually get:
Taco Bell: Cheesy Gordita Cruch, Beef & Potato Burritto. little over $3.
Burger King: Double Stacker meal, little over $3.
Subway: Daily special, $2.49 I think
In N' out: Two Cheeburgers, $4.08

For normal lunch (4/5 days of the week):
Two Costco Chimichongas $1
Marrie Callenders Pot pie, $1
Can of Good soup when on sale(Ham chowder, Noodle Soup, Chicken Corn Chowder) $1.99
Costco Mini Pan Pizza $1.50
Costco Pizza Bread $1.50
Left overs $?
