5 different colleges at ucsd???

my gf's lil brother is applying to ucsd this year and he confused about the 5 different colleges that are at ucsd

5 colleges of ucsd

at first i thought she meant departments so i check out the website and there it was. why are you required to apply for one of these colleges? what the difference between the colleges?

any help would be appreciated.

different graduatation requirements. Like one will require a couple more math, one will make you take more english.

Stuff like that.

each college services to people of different majors. ie like a college of engineering, college of blah blah whatever. Just call them up, they'll be able to give you all the information you need (on monday at least).

hehe, i told the little fart head that if he has any questions...um...why not ASK THE FRIGGIN SCHOOL! he's going to off to college next year and he needs to take things into his own hands.

yea, it him that'll be going to that school, might as well find out what he's getting into on his own.

According to that website, there are six colleges... the sixth coincidentally named "sixth college"... maybe I just should have read more though :-x 😉
