dont upgrade the software...I downloaded the free version, installed it, then the software identified there was a newer version available, so I updated to the latest version, but then it gave me new code for the updated version, but the code is only good for 30days.
 
ok...this is probably obvious...but what do i have to do to activate winoptimizer? its telling me 0 days left of 10 day trial, with options:

Buy Now and Save
Enter Key
Exit

Enter Key doesn't accept the ASH-3BGO code, and I'm under the impression that this offer is for more than a 30 day trial. What do I do?

You can disable all spam from them by logging in at their website. However, the settings reset to default (IE: Frequent spam) every time you register for a free product, so it's probably a good idea to wait until after you're done applying all products to your account before making any such account changes.
 
No, you do actually get the full version free. (unless it expired since I got it).

The problem is that you upgraded it (must have hit a button somewhere). When you upgrade it, it makes it a demo version.

To fix, uninstall and redownload and install. Make sure you don't hit the "search of updates" at the end of the installation (or something like that, can't remember exactly).
