Sweet ViRGE I completely forgot about that. Good idear. Could just point it down the alleys. I assume dogs won't like that sound...but as long as it's at ground level down the alley it's affect on dogs should be minimal. I may look into that.

And these type of people are the ones waiting to jump on a lawsuit. So getting caught is pretty much a given if I were to try anything...less than legal.

Beat the crap out of the kid, and when their father tries to act like a hero, beat the crap out of him, too.

So? Just because they have ****** for a life doesn't give them the right to ruin other people's ******. Get some sort of directional speaker system, and blast 5000Hz into their bedroom window until they stop. Should be legal, too.

It looks to me like rather than getting the actual "Mosquito" system you could just get yourself an amp and some really good (powerful) speakers at 17kHz. Then download the mp3 for "teen buzz" and play it really loud (As loud as you can stand while wearing high dB ear protection yourself, Lots of people under forty can still hear it, but most cops can't hear it to write you a noise violation).

Or you could try talking to the kid, give him a whole box of matches and lighters if he just promises to leave your house and stuff alone.

Just move. If they're that bad at age five, think of what they'll be like once they're teenagers.

Yeah but when they do become teenagers, the OP will have the chance to shoot them if he feels like it lol.

try to get them on camera/photo

The authorities don't want to have anything to do with these people. They're dirt poor and have nothing to lose.

Go find some other little kids, give them bats and rocks, drive them to those kids' houses, let them out to do their handywork, and then drive them off.

You've got to turn these people against each other. Have a fundraiser for "poor underprivileged kids". Give the proceeds to only half of the kids, and then sit back drink a beer and watch them tear each other apart.

Doubt it. Legaly, he has the right to. Not too long ago, a kid that goes to my cousin's school was shot and killed by the owner of the house he tried to rob. He wasn't charged, nor will charges be brought against him.

put up a 'sex offender lives here' sign. In the yard of a neighbor you don't like. One stone=two birds :)
