Thanks....that makes a retail copy worthless, other than not having to download.

I will get it from steam....thanks again for the info.

Steam and DLC still confuses me but if u want the whole Saints Row 3 deal you have to buy both the 16.99 and the 6.69 DLC? And the 16.99 is the same as the Gamefly 15.29 sale without the 6.79 Season Pass? Hope someone answers cause unless it says Saints Row 3 Gold Package (and it doesn't) I just don't know what to get.

Hmm, Saint's Row 3 or Just Cause 2? Any reasons to pick one over the other? I haven't played SR 1 - 2 or JC 1.

I'm thinking that Saints Row along with Dead Island are going to be on awesome Summer deals.

Anyone else wagering on that too and not buying SR3 right now?

I went ahead and got SR3 and the $6.99 DLC that adds some more missions....I will just grab the rest of the DLC's when they are on sale.

I got SR3 + $6.99 season pack and played about 6 hours of it. It's a silly and fun game.

FYI, the season pack adds a Nyte Blayde car to your garage, and N-B costumes for you (sadly not for your homies). If you play the first Homies in Space mission you also can add space vixen homies to your gang.

Tip: buy up properties as soon as you can afford them, for hourly income. There are also moneymaking perks in the Upgrades section of you phone, like a perk to add $500/hour for $3,500 (pays for itself in 7 game world hours) .

Yup, first thing I did when I played SR3 when it came out was I bought up every single property as soon as I could and took whatever money perks I could. You never have to worry about cash again after that :D

Just got the SR3 DLC...since I have the game already

I'm trying to dress up my SR 3 character like the SR statues with dual handguns...does anyone know which clothing store to go to or unlocks I need to get?

No idea about the clothing part, but in case you missed the gun part while playing before:

Dual-wielding pistols is an upgrade > combat skill. I'm finding I still use the dual .45's over most other weapons since they pack a punch and are easy to headshot with.

You probably already know this since you had the game already, but don't forget to go to a Friendly Fire store (that you own) and upgrade them to level 2, 3, 4. Exploding bullets (upgrade level 4) make them even more fun to use :)
