As the long evening wears on, with the vote counts still not conclusive we can be bullish on Rand Paul. And Specter may be toast in Pennville, And just when we think the dems are in the shitter, it looks like a dem will win the Murtha seat. And just when we think its a bad year for incumbents, it looks like the democratic incumbent will survive in AK.
