Hey guys,
I have an old school set of Klipsch 5.1 Promedia speakers. Best speakers in the world. I have a new system, Alienware Ryzen. I don't have a speaker fill option in my settings. When I configure the 5.1 speakers and do a test, they work and you can hear the 5.1 sound on each speaker, but when I watch video's or play music, the sound only comes from the front 2 speakers. I read about windows 10 not providing an update on purpose in order for people to buy new gen speakers? I also checked speakers on the market for PC's, many companies now don't even offer 5.1 systems, most are 2.1? What is going on? Am I getting that old? Are we going back in time and down grading? I tried searching for a solution online and couldn't find much. Any way to fix this? If I buy a new sound card could that work?
