I have a set of Logitech Z-5300, and I JUST now noticed that they aren't properly working in 5.1 setup. When I have it in 5.1 mode, and use my RealTek sound manager to test my speakers, all of the speakers respond correctly except the two back speakers, which don't make any noise at all. The same thing results when I use a 3-D sound test program (all of the speakers sound correct except the rear two).
In all the options I could find (windows + Realtek options), and still can't get it to work.
I'm using the ASUS A8V Deluxe on-board sound.
EDIT: FIXED!!!
Apparently the plugs aren't correctly color-coded with my motherboard. I plugged the black "rear" cord into the orange hole on my motherboard, and it works! Thanks for any help.
