5.1 speaker config and HDMI

I have a BenQ E2400HD monitor with an HDMI input that I want to hook up to my PC/PS3 via HDMI.

What I'm wondering is, if I want the sound to come from my PC and not my monitor, how and to what would I link the speakers?
