First of all, I want to thank forum members for helping me build my first PC ever. It was fun experience, and I'm using it right now. I still have some issues with it though.
I can't get my speakers to work in 5.1 mode. I am using msi nf4ultra mobo.
I have the creative inspire speakers. When I do a speaker test, it only sounds out of the front left, subwoofer, and center speakers.
I looked into the MSI speaker setup, and I had selected a 6ch set up, and includes S/PDIF out, which I don't use. THere's an option for simply 6 CH, but I can't select it. I hadn't changed the speaker set up since my last computer, so I know that all my connections are right. ANy ideas/ I have a centurion 5 case.
