I have an antec sonata case that MBM is stating 0.00v on the -5.00v rail and -3.55v on the -12v rail. Is this normal? Also my temps are at CPU 40c and case 32c.
My config is as follows: A Soyo K7V Dragon plus, an XP 1800 plus, no oc, 1gb of ram, a GeForce TI4600, 160gb hdd, 60bg hdd, a dvd and cdrw drive, single tube of neon, a Soundblaster live 5.1 and 2x 120mm fans on the fan only plugs. I think that babout does it.

Some PSUs are dropping the negative rails starting with the -5V (My relatively new Delta PSU has no neg. lines). Also switching PSUs don't regulate so well without a load. Most systems don't have anything that uses the negative lines. Put a small load on the -12V and see if it doesn't read better.
