5.0 or 5.5 volts !

I just installed a new power supply into my pc and I am now at 5.5 volts . I really have no idea if this is bad or good, I just check on occasion with asus pc probe and this is the first time it says out of threshold ?! if you guys can hel hanks !!!!!
My pc has this >>>
Athlon T bird 700 mhz
Geforce 2 gts
sound blaster live
512 megs of ram
cd writer
cd rom

5.5 - 4.5 is fine for a 10% tolerance, but its all good. For OCing the higher your 5V the better. As long as it stays around there it is cool.

Is this from the mobo monitor or a separate meter? My Soyo 6BB consistently gives slightly higher readings than the meter I have that's rated for 0.5% accuracy.
