You'd think that by 4 years old he would know better than to put random crap in his mouth. Looks like he'll have a lifelong reminder not to do that...
Sad, but hopefully they will test him to make sure he did not catch HIV from it.
unless he had an open seeping wound in his mouth, then not gonna happen.
also, if condom was exposed to air more than like...1 minute, HIV would have been long dead. It's an amazingly fragile little bastard.
What's a boy playing around used condoms for? I personally don't believe in accidents short of having a stroke rolling down HWY - someone negligently left it around or let their kids play where they're not supposed to and should be investigated.
So basically if you expose HIV to air it dies? I think I've just come up with a cure for HIV...
yes, it's true. HIV is a retrovirus--simply a protein coat with a short strand of RNA. RNA degrades at room temperature extremely fast, though the protein coat helps a wee bit, I believe.
but it can't work as a cure. ...just think about it for a sec.
Oh yeah, you're right. Exposing the virus to air would mean that I would have to skin people alive and expose their organs and bodily fluids to the air for a short time without killing them. That could be horrific and painful, I think.

well yes it would. but i also think this would cure aids..and well everything else.
OK. Where the fuck did a 4 year old boy find a herpes infested condom at?
