4X AGP in Win98SE??

Well, I don't know. My motherboard only supports 2x and that seems to work for me even though my GTS would support 4x. In truth, AGP is not worth a sh!t anyway.

My advice is don't worry about it.
Now, someone can post an actual answer :)

Yes AGP x4 is available in Win98 as well as any Windows OS. What are your system specs? It is mostly dependent of the hardware.

BTW: The perfomance difference between AGP x4 and x2 is very small if any.

4X AGP is hardware and bios dependant. I'm running a 4X AGP video card with Win98SE for my operating system.

Yes your motherboard & graphics card must support it,even then there have been stability problems in AGP 4X mode with certain boards & graphics cards,I`ve been lucky mine is stable at 4x mode anyway you only get 1 or 2fps at maximum.
