4x 3.5" HDs on a PC-Q11...possible?

Would it be possible to mount 4x 3.5" HDs on the drive rack by raising the drive rack? 2 on top of rack and 2 on bottom where the 2.5" drives are originally fitted for.

I was thinking of a NAS build using a Pico PSU, and without a graphis card....so vertical clearance wouldn't be an issue.

It comes with a 120W PSU and can hold four 3.5" HDDs in hot swap bays along with a mini ITX motherboard.

Only weaknesses are reports of DOA/dying PSUs, potentially more noise from small fans and very little motherboard clearance for coolers.
