I searched and couldn't find anything related so yeah if this is a repost feel free to ignore it.
I was 5 when the infamous tianmenen (sp?) thing happened. Basically it was a crackdown on the student movement in China. It was truly horrible, watching the whole thing unfold on TV (was in hong kong at the time). 15 years passed, and nothing has been done about it. 500+ people died and thousands were injured. For all you liberal bashers, the students who stood up against the chinese government were the liberals and many of them paid the ultimate price for civil liberties and democracy.
My fellow Americans, take a look around you and be aware of what our government is doing to our civil liberties. DO NOT TAKE IT FOR GRANTED. I do not wish to turn this into a flame fest... but rather take my opinions as a grain of salt and remember that tyranny is still being commited on a daily basis on our planet :brokenheart:
