4th-Grade Girl: Teacher Threatened Me

I can not believe the bullshit I read here sometimes. First of all, teach may not be politically correct but clearly does not deserve a reprimand. That is a joke. Second this is one of those situations where you really needed to be there to truly see how this conversation's tone was. But the teacher should have just said casually, use the full word teacher please, and just let go. He is a fucking adult and should act like it. Its a 9-10 year old kid that you could easily correct simply with let's use correct titles. Give me a damn break. I wouldn't have went to the police, but I damn sure would have confronted the person over this. She addressed him as teach and this simpleton goes ballistic, are you kidding me?

I wouldn't have went to the police...

You couldn't "have went" to the police or anyone else, ever.

I would go

I went

I would have gone

Not to necessarily pick on you, classy, for one small mistake, but the basic fail I see here almost daily grates on my ears. Isn't anyone fluent in their own fucking language anymore? The fail is enormous. It's beyond sad.

How can you guys have grown up in this country and still not know basic verb tenses? How????

You know how you all laugh at the poor, ignorant Russian in that hilarious commercial? The sorry bastard doesn't even realize how laughably ignorant he sounds, and you laugh and laugh and laugh at his clumsy ignorance.

At least that guy has an excuse. English isn't the only fucking language he knows.

Please think about that for a second.

English. Jump in it.

Most public school teachers are the most worthless scum of society.

Depends on the district.

The districts that have the highest property values go hand in hand with great public schools for many reasons and the effect is recursive.

(Good schools -> Good Students -> Higher Prices -> Richer Families -> Parents that Care about Education -> Students Encouraged to Learn (including paid instruction) -> Better schools -> etc).

I cant believe I mis-spelled "booger". 😛

ps, BB, the "Liberal" thing was in response to the last post I read before responding. Someone starting whipping out the "Well, that is what you can expect from these Liberal families...." yadda yadda yadda.

I hate labeling, especially when it is lazy labeling (over-generalized and ill-fitting).

I usually use:

"Oooh!"
"Yeah baby!"
"Aaaah!"
"You like that?"

My wife taught Spanish in High School and has to go over verb/noun/adjative/etc definitions every year because a suprising number of students have no idea what they are.

I think that grammer and spelling (<-and I will admit to being a bad speller) is on the decline in a drastic way. I have noticed an increasing amount of spelling/grammer mistakes in areas I rarely saw them before. More and more movies/tv shows are using "good" incorrectly in place of "well". I am also seeing more spelling/grammer mistakes in books

Girl is retarded, if her parents were actually good parents, they would've taught the girl what respect is with adequate punishment. Kids and their damn sense of entitlement these days, they need a trashing at home.

Ya done good there Ext.

Que pasa Dude?

Question, how is telling someone "F-you" an insult?

Not preceding that with "Please may I . . ." for starters. Politeness counts!

Then there's the whole awkwardness of such a exchange between two heteros of the same gender, not to get anal about all this.

While JMapleton has some good insight about interpersonal relationships and how that affects teaching, he/she sure doesn't practice what he's preaching. Maybe others would agree more with your point of view if you weren't such a prick.

I may come off as a prick, but my anger is directed towards those who seem to have no respect for young kids. I'm actually a nice guy, but you don't pick on kids like that. Stuff like that riles me up.

I know you are just trolling, but...

I have known two teachers.
I dated one, they other was part of a group of friends.
They were both unbalanced and had issues. The friend didn't even like kids. But I can see felling that way after teaching them for 20 years.

Whenever I keep seeing the thread title I keep thinking of:

"Michael Bluth is threatening me!"
