4th Annual ATOT Dallas Area Meet

Just seeing if everyone in the Dallas Area had wanted to do a meet...we haven't done one in about 2-3 years. (Ok so it's not an annual thing, but you get what I mean)


Refresher for the peepz: last one (3rd) - HappyKitten/Dezign was supposed to show up, but never did. About 6 of us ended up eating/drinking at Bennagans in Lewisville.

2nd - we went to a Rangers game

1st - was at Dave & Busters off 35

Different ideas for this Dallas meet:


- Dave & Busters - Frisco
- Ker's Winghouse in Addison (Hooters ripoff but with good beer specials)
- Plano Tavern in Plano (Parker & Tollway)
- Sherlocks in Addison

Just random suggestions...I'm open to all other suggestions/ideas.

Dates:

Friday, November 24th (after Thanksgiving) - might be hard but I'm free
Saturday, December 2nd


Note - none of these dates/places are concrete, just throwing out ideas and seeing what everyone else thinks. Post your thoughts/suggestions here!

if its between Dec 16-Dec 31 I can be there..I'm at school in Atlanta but I'll most likely be in Dallas during those dates, especially during Dec 16-23 (I might be going to a bowl game for my Aggies, depending on where they end up)

Yep...been to the Saucer many a times. Good place.

In terms of Grasshopper - he showed up to the D&B one and the Rangers one - he was a good guy...had some issues but I never had a problem with him

Bah, right now I'm in Arlington for school which is about 40 minutes from Dallas. Sadly during both holiday seasons ill be traveling to Austin and California. Always wanted to go to one of these things. Any pictures from the previous meets?

I like to go. I tried to set up a mini DFW meet a few times but not many takers.

Can we have it the first weekend of the month? I like to go to First Saturday in downtown in the morning.

BTW, what is the best way to find out what going on in DFW area <entertainment, music, etc.> beside the Dallasnews Guildlive?
