I've been a longtime user of 4T tray minimizer but ran into compatibility issues with Win7. Specifically with using IE when the program is running. I thought the author had abandoned it, having checked the site monthly for some time now. The author has released a beta version with Win7 compatibility AND new features which I think are a great addition to the program.
It provides options to make any program stay on top or become transparent.
I tried many alternatives due to the errors I got from the old version and was not able to find a single one that minimized windows with the speed this one does or did not provide customizable hot keys.
Just thought I'd share, one of my all time favorite programs!
