Does this 4ms response equate to a computer monitor response time?
 
Rated response time means basically nothing. My 2233RZ was initially rated at 5ms, but then got lowered to 3ms because of marketing.

I don't know of a single panel that can maintain under 6ms response time. There really needs to be a standard set, because as it is, the numbers don't mean anything.
