4K Refresh Memory compatible with HX based motherboards?

I have an Asus P/I-P55T2P4 motherboard. I bought a cyrix MII-300 for $18.90 and 2 64mb chips. Question is about the memory labled "4K Refresh 8 chips." Anybody know what 4K refresh means?

I think, 4K refresh means the DRAM needs 4096 cycles for refresh.. I have no idea if the RAM will work with HX boards or not. and I have no idea if your T2P4 will take 64MB SIMMs or not. I guess the only way to tell is to plug it in.
