4K Monitor Question

When watching a 4K (UHD) movie , will I see a big difference between a 1920*1080 monitor and a
3840*2160 monitor , for a 17" laptop screen ?

"Big difference" no. Even small difference I doubt unless due to factors other than res. This is not to say that others will not jump and shout and claim big differences. Theres a market for 4k even down to 5-6" phones (market for the gullible who are convinced more is better regardless of screen size).
