Well, the biggest problem is that according to the description, it only supports HDMI 1.3. That means you'll either have to drop down to 30 Hz, or if you want a full 60 Hz, you'll have to sacrifice color depth (drop down to 4:2:0) which will make smaller text difficult to read. (The latter may or may not be supported on this TV.)
If you want a big 4K monitor, there are several 40" models now on the market. Since you seem to be OK with off-brand imports, you might want to try the
Crossover 44K, which was just released, and appears to be the least expensive at this time. It's $725 with free shipping on Amazon.
