I'm looking for a 55" - 60" 4K TV with (legitimate) HDR support that doesn't completely break the bank. I've got an HTPC (gtx 950) and 4k bd player (ubd k8500) that are both hdmi 2.0a compatible, along with my reciever (yamaha 681).

The only thing I'm lacking is a new panel.

Right now I'm rocking a Panasonic P55ST50 that has served me very well. I watch TV and movie almost exclusively in a very dark environment and viewing angle is not a priority.

I am looking for a definite upgrade from this TV my price range is anywhere from 1 to 2 thousand USD.

I would like to keep my 3D capabilities if possible but I would consider a non 3D display if I had to.

I'd rather get a 60" over another 55" but it's not a huge deal breaker. 60" is however my absolute limit for size.

Also are there any panels that do over 60 hz ? Is that 120 and 240hz still marketing bs?

Thx for the suggestion, looks like it's not 3D capable but otherwise a great panel and in my price range.

Just note that if you plan to do any gaming on the B6 it has about 53ms of input lag in game mode. No motion blur though. You didn't mention gaming in the OP but other than that it's a great set.
